	AAUP in the Media Harvard Law School's Cass Sunstein will deliver the University of Michigan Senate's Davis, Markert, Nickerson Lecture on Academic and Intellectual Freedom. AAUP report finds that Nicholls State University violated professor's due process rights and academic freedom. Higher Education News Professors of the Year The Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching today announced four national winners of the “U.S. Professor of the Year”award, along with forty-six state winners.
